Tripotels.com will not provide services or products to OFAC sanctioned countries, in line with UAE laws.

Hotel rates shown on the website may not be applicable in the local market of the hotel. Hotels may change rates without prior notice.

Users must declare correct passenger nationality during booking. False declarations may lead to liabilities borne by the agency.

Complaints

Unresolved complaints must be sent via email (subject line: 'Complaint') within 15 days of checkout to operations@tripotels.com.

Complaints must be signed by the hotel manager. Tripotels.com will forward them to the relevant party.

While we strive for accuracy, data may have errors or omissions sourced in good faith from service providers. Any technical issues will be communicated to the client’s service center.

Incidentals and Additional Hotel Charges

Tripotels.com is not responsible for incidental charges by hotels such as air conditioning, mini fridge, safe, etc. These are payable directly by the guest.

Some hotels may impose mandatory gala dinners during holidays; Tripotels.com is not liable for such charges unless informed in advance.

Important Notes

Tripotels.com reserves the right to correct pricing or display errors. In case of an error, users may keep the booking at the correct rate, cancel, or opt for an alternative (subject to availability).
